At Soul Crystals Xoxo, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each item is lovingly inspected, energetically cleansed, and packed with intention before leaving our space.

Because our crystals are natural treasures, slight variations in colour, pattern, shape, or inclusions are part of their individual beauty and not considered faults.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at admin@soulcrystals.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and your order number.


Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is deemed damaged or faulty, we’ll offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or refund (excluding shipping). You may be asked to return the item using a tracked shipping method. Once received and assessed, refunds or credits will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Final Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or through promotional offers are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless confirmed to have a major fault under Australian Consumer Law.
