Every parcel from Soul Crystals Xoxo is packed with care, intention, and a little magic. We work with trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post and select couriers, to ensure your treasures arrive safely.
📦 Order Processing Time
We lovingly pack and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne studio. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Rural and remote areas may require a little longer.

⏳ Busy Periods
During sales, full moon events, or holiday seasons, please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, email us at admin@soulcrystals.com.au — we’ll always do our best to make it happen.
📮 Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, it’s in the care of the courier. While we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed parcels, we’re here to support you. If something goes missing, contact us and we’ll help lodge an enquiry and assist wherever we can.
❌ Returned Parcels
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we’ll contact you to organise re-shipping. A re-delivery fee will apply.
